For Countries that have a total prohibation of the consumption of Pork Meat:

* Our menu consists of many products containing pork meat. As per your requirements and instructions given we will arrange that the pork meat be subsituted with either Beef Meat or Soya.

* The Nutritional Requirements are not in any way altered by the use of Soya.

For Countries where it is permitted the consumption of Meat of Animal origin (Chicken and Beef), only when the respective “HALAL CERTIFICATE” is provided:

* With all our products that contain Pork, as referred to previously, these products are substituted with Texturised Soya and Flavouring. In the case of Chicken Meat the texturised soya provides the visual aspect and the taste of chicken by the flavouring. Likewise, as with Beef the visual aspect is provided by the texturised soya and the taste by flavouring.
